The files send by our customer will not be revealed to anyone and it will remain confidential and after sending the solution, the files send by the customers will be safely disposed. If our experts fail to recover the file and you face any problem or issue involved then our organization will refund your purchase price (excluding shipping/handling/commission/TAX) to your original method of payment within 30 days of purchase.

We must receive your Money Back or Refund Policy mail to our processing facility within 30 days of product purchase. We provide refund within 30 days. Once your refund is processed we will send you an email with your refund details.
